We use UPS and DHL services for all shipments.
All our items are handmade and some of them are made-to-order or in small stocks. In stock orders are processed and sent in 2-5 days and made-to-order items take more time about 6-8 weeks as stated individually by the product.
Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a notification from Gaia&Gino with a tracking code.
Shipment takes 2-7 days within EU and 5-10 days for overseas countries.
Orders can be canceled before the package is handled in 48 hours from the purchase.
Returns and exchanges must be done to the below address within 14 days of the purchase in their original box and without any harm.

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days to the credit card of the original Customer after we receive and inspect the product(s) in our warehouse. Refunds are only approved If there is no damage in the product or the box.
We do not accept exchanges but only returns unless the product was harmed. You can shop a new item after your return is processed.
Return transport cost and related customs duties and taxes belong to the Customer.
